Childhood memories often involve camping with friends and family under the stars making S’mores under the stars. Since our busy schedules (and 100+ degree weather in Austin) often prevent making them here in town, we thought that we would bring them to you! We make marshmallows from scratch for our Drinking Chocolates. It was a natural decision to follow the direction of our Cake Balls and put the marshmallows on a stick, dip them in chocolate and add Graham Crackers! Isn’t everything better on a stick??
We also offer our made-from-scratch Marshmallows for a Roast Your Own S’mores Kit. Our Kit includes the following: 4 of our jumbo marshmallows, 2 Hershey’s Bars, Graham Crackers and use of our Deluxe Roasting Forks. Come down and sit around our campfire and enjoy a bit of the country, in town!

Doesn’t everything taste better on a stick? When we first decided to add Cake Balls to our menu, it was important to us to consider a few points. First, they must be delicious and made locally every day. Second, we wanted them to be fun and not too pretentious. Finally, we wanted them to be affordable and accessible, so that even if you want just ONE, you can walk up to our trailer and make a purchase. We don’t want you to have to take out a second mortgage to have a little dessert!
Cake Balls, for those of you who have yet to try them, are kind of like a truffle. We bake a cake from scratch and let it cool. Then, we crumble the cake and mix it with made from scratch frosting so that it will bind the cake together. At that point, we add the infamous Holy Cacao stick, and put them in the fridge to chill overnight. The next day, we add the chocolate coating that seals in the intensely delicious and moist taste. Our Cake Balls take about a day and a half to make from start to finish.
