Local Delivery:

We offer local delivery, often same day (from 8AM-11AM Monday through Friday only). Please call 512-851-CAKE for local delivery.

Delivery in the continental United States:

Due to the perishable nature of our cake balls and the HOT weather, we ship using USPS Priority along with extensive protective packaging.   We know that it is expensive, and we are sorry… but, we want you to get our cake balls not our Drinking Chocolates!  Our shipping prices include a handling charge for our cooling container.

From May to September, we used Extreme Duty Shipping coolers that include a thermal barrier and have been certified to maintain -20 for up to 5 days.  During those months we ship with a small mixture of dry ice and cold packs.  Handle with care when opening your package.  Our default shipping method is USPS Priority, which in most cases is 2-3 days but can be up to 5 days.  Due to the extreme heat in the summer we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.  From our experience shipping throughout the country we have had great success with this method in all weather types. If our Cake Balls arrive and are slightly soft, simply place them in the refrigerator for a few hours and they should firm back up. Due to the perishable nature of Cake Balls, no returns are available.

Also, we cannot be held liable for orders not picked up within 12 hours of arrival. So, it is imperative that you select the address where you or your recipient is most likely to be (home or work).

Finally, our cake balls are made-to-order, so orders are shipped out Monday and Tuesday only (due to the extreme summer heat), any order placed after 2 p.m. (Central) on Tuesday will ship the following Monday.
