Well, technically there are 6… it’s delicious! But we found this video and thought it laid out nicely the benefits for women (and frankly, guys benefit too). We frequently get asked why we use dark chocolate instead of milk. Well, health reasons are a big part of it. Milk chocolate contains a tremendous amount of fat. Dark chocolate, as you can see in the attached video link, is high in saturated fat in Cocoa Butter, but 1/3 is Stearic Acid (which doesn’t raise cholesterol) and 1/3 of the unsaturated fat is Oleic Acid which actually raises GOOD cholesterol.
