Ok, while it’s true that we cannot claimed to have invented these, our Holy Cacao teammate, Jessica Zimmerman, has created our version.  Inspired by our latest frustrations with local business owners trying to influence the government to police their competition, our best response comes from food.  In the words of Issac Hayes, “Suck on my salty chocolate balls.”  Our version is our famously delicious chocolate cake highlighted by a touch of sea salt.  We’ve topped it with buttered and salted peanuts crumbles.  Don’t worry, we did grease the pans to avoid sticky balls.  Come on down while they last, our Salty Chocolate Balls have been flying out of the trailer and into the mouths of virtually every customer!  Chef\’s Salty Chocolate Balls
