Doesn’t everything taste better on a stick? When we first decided to add Cake Balls to our menu, it was important to us to consider a few points. First, they must be delicious and made locally every day. Second, we wanted them to be fun and not too pretentious. Finally, we wanted them to be affordable and accessible, so that even if you want just ONE, you can walk up to our trailer and make a purchase. We don’t want you to have to take out a second mortgage to have a little dessert!

Cake Balls, for those of you who have yet to try them, are kind of like a truffle. We bake a cake from scratch and let it cool. Then, we crumble the cake and mix it with made from scratch frosting so that it will bind the cake together. At that point, we add the infamous Holy Cacao stick, and put them in the fridge to chill overnight. The next day, we add the chocolate coating that seals in the intensely delicious and moist taste. Our Cake Balls take about a day and a half to make from start to finish.
