David Ansel is widely known in Austin as the Soup Peddler for his business of soup delivery via bicycle.  He is also widely recognized as one of Austin’s top bloggers and writers on the subject of food.  He has recently posted a story to Edible Austin that I’m sure many of you will enjoy.  It highlights the history and current controversy of Mobile Food Vendors.  I thought that I would repost this here for you to enjoy.
