	Holly’s Favorite Cake Balls: All chocolate, all the time: Chocolate cake dipped in chocolate and dusted with cocoa powder.
	Wedding Cake Balls: No commitment required: White cake married to butter cream frosting, then dipped in white chocolate and crowned with hard rock sugar crystals.
	Brass Cake Balls: Everyone needs a pair of these: Peanut butter cookies mixed with chunky peanut butter, then dipped in chocolate and topped with crushed peanuts.
	Velvet Cake Balls: Would make Scarlett O’Hara swoon with delight: An especially delicious version of the Southern classic red velvet cake mixed with cream cheese frosting, then dipped in white chocolate and topped with toasted red velvet cake crumbs and NOW available dipped in Dark Chocolate!
	Rabbit Cake Balls: Thumper’s favorite: A rich, buttery carrot cake mixed with cream cheese, dipped in white chocolate and coated with crushed walnuts.
	Diablo Cake Balls: Burn, baby, burn: Our chocolate cake mixed with ancho/cayenne cream cheese frosting, dipped in dark chocolate and then topped with cayenne and cocoa toasted walnuts.

 Our chocolates are available hot or frozen. The “frozen” version mixes our hot Drinking Chocolate with Blue Bell Chocolate Ice Cream and crushed ice for a wonderful summer treat unlike any chocolate experience you may have yet tried.
